Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage hotel operations during night hours, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Perform night audit functions, including reconciliation of daily financial transactions and preparation of audit reports.
Monitor front office activities, handle guest check-ins/check-outs, and resolve guest queries or complaints promptly.
Ensure hotel safety and security procedures are followed during night shifts.
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Security, F&B) to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of occupancy, revenue, and audit data for management review.
Train and guide night shift staff to maintain high service standards.
Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, reporting critical incidents to senior management.
Employer Requirements
Female candidate preferred as per operational requirements.
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or night audit roles in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of front office systems (PMS such as Opera, IDS, or similar).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle financial reconciliation and audit reports accurately.
Willingness to work night shifts with professionalism and reliability.
