Responsible for managing day-to-day operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safety, security, customer service, and smooth functioning of the premises.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments follow standard procedures.
Monitor security, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
Conduct shift briefings, allocate duties, and supervise staff performance.
Ensure safety and emergency protocols are followed at all times.
Coordinate with security officers, duty officers, and facility teams.
Maintain daily reports: incident report, attendance, shift handover register.
Inspect the premises regularly and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
Manage crowd control during peak hours or events.
Report operational issues to management and follow up for closure.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
Ability to handle emergencies and conflict situations.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Report writing).
Previous experience in mall/cinema/hotel/security operations preferred.
Shift:
Rotational / As per business requirement.
