Incharge of
Driving Sales Maintenance Cleaning Associate Training Scheduling Customer Satisfaction Cinema Theatre Related Issues
1. Responsible for Cinema level operations.
2. Responsible to Improvement of Cinema Operations process
3. Responsible for checking Attrition control (10% reduction)
4. Responsible to Internal Cinema Compliance
5. Responsible for Training and Grooming of staff as per SOP
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in a similar role in a reputed organisation in Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.
