Position Overview

The Duty Manager will oversee the daily store operations, ensure smooth customer experience, and manage staff during assigned shifts. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on experience in

supermarket / FMCG / grocery retail

.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store during your shift Manage floor operations, staff deployment, and customer service Monitor inventory, stock availability, and shrinkage control Supervise cash counters and ensure billing accuracy Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction Maintain store hygiene, safety and compliance standards Support Store Manager in driving sales & achieving targets Guide, mentor and motivate store associates

Mandatory Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supermarket / FMCG / Grocery Retail

Experience in handling store operations and team supervision
Strong knowledge of merchandising, inventory & customer handling

Interview

2 quick rounds+ offer in 24-48 hours (Urgent Requirement)

Desired Skills
