The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day outlet operations with a strong focus on sales performance, customer experience, team supervision, and compliance with airport and brand standards. The role ensures smooth shift operations, achievement of revenue targets, and delivery of premium wellness services aligned with Ode Spa Wellness values.

Manage daily shift operations of the spa outlet at Cochin Airport, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, safety norms, and airport regulations.
Handle opening and closing procedures, cash management, billing accuracy, and shift handovers.
Coordinate with airport authorities and internal support teams when required.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive sales of spa therapies, wellness packages, memberships, and retail products.
Actively engage with walk-in and transit passengers to convert inquiries into sales.
Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs and travel time.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Track sales performance, prepare daily sales reports, and share insights with management.
Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional guest experience from greeting to service completion.
Handle customer feedback, service recovery, and complaint resolution professionally.
Build rapport with repeat and premium customers to enhance loyalty.
Maintain high service ratings and brand reputation in a high-traffic airport environment.
Team Supervision & People Management
Supervise therapists, front desk executives, and support staff during assigned shifts.
Allocate duties, manage rosters, breaks, and manpower deployment efficiently.
Motivate the team to meet service quality and sales goals.
Support onboarding, on-the-job training, and performance monitoring of team members.
Inventory & Administration
Monitor stock levels of oils, consumables, linens, and retail products.
Coordinate with stores/HO for timely replenishment and minimize wastage.
Ensure accurate documentation, MIS reports, attendance, and compliance records.

Qualifications & Experience

Prior experience in sales-driven roles is mandatory.
Airport or premium hospitality exposure preferred.
Working Conditions
