1 Participate in at least one CIWG initiative every quarter 2 Introduce one idea per quarter (Example - cost saving initiative, process improvement, human experience etc) 3 Ensure day to day Vendor performance is monitored and measured as per Service Level Agreements 4 Ensure NO PO NO WORK ( Including adhoc ) 5 Timely attendance management of TPV staffs 6 Attend all training programmes nominated for during the year 7 Conduct one Ethics session every Month for IFM, Secondment and vendor partner 8 Strive to foster a culture of higher ethical behaviour in the account. 9 DMs to attend one Tool Box topic every week 10 Compliance score to be actively monitored monthly basis 11 Dynamic score card to be updated - for daily scores and share with WM 12 Ensure 100% adherence to Service Level Agreement requirements. Any deviations should be reported immediately 13 100% Adherence to the standards as per ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 14 Ensure all relevant documents pertaining to facility operations are maintained 15 Ensure all escalations are managed as per process 16 Implement all technology tools - In coordination with CoE/CIO team 17 Track and monitor OS budget and invoice submission 18 Take total ownership of all JLL & Accenture spends, and ensure proper controls and 100% validation. 19 Demonstrate 100% adherence to all process and procedures pertaining to the facility operations 20 Undertake daily facility walk around and ensure closure of all observations within the agreed time lines 21 Conduct safety walkarounds on daily basis and observations reported to be closed within the stipulated timelines and risk register to be maintained 22 Implement all EHS driven initiatives at site level and achieve 100% 23 DMs to work more closely with EHS team and ensure the implementation of client and JLL EHS initiatives 24 Food safety protocols at the facility are in place. 25 52 week training calendar 26 Pit stop activities being followed 27 No work carried out without valid work permit 28 Conduct and document monthly meetings with vendors and ensure completion of action items within the agreed timelines 29 Involve in at least two People Engagement Activities/Programs during the year 30 Ensure that the vendor staff attrition rate is within the industry standards 31 Conduct at least one training program every month for the vendor staff and maintain training records 32 Engage in cross functional trainings and awareness inorder to handle the situation during critical times. 33 Pick up interesting/relevant topics and complete 40 Hrs of training in a year through My development or Linkedin learning
