Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and guest service operations.
Oversee guest check-in/check-out using IDS Software.
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly.
Coordinate between departments to maintain service standards.
Generate occupancy and revenue reports.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
1-3 years in a similar role with IDS Software knowledge.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Flexible with shifts; problem-solving attitude.
