Oversee daily mall operations during the shift
Ensure all shops open and close on time
Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and security activities
Handle emergency situations and report incidents
Customer Service
Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally
Ensure a pleasant and safe shopping environment
Assist customers during emergencies or lost & found cases
Staff Supervision
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
Ensure staff attendance and discipline
Assign duties and monitor performance
Safety & Security
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and mall policies
Coordinate with security during emergencies (fire, medical, evacuation)
Conduct routine inspections of common areas
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain shift reports and incident logs
Report operational issues to the Mall Manager
Keep records of customer complaints and resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in facility/operations management
2-5 years experience in mall, hotel, or facility operations (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle emergencies calmly
Basic knowledge of safety, security, and maintenance systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
