Key Responsibilities
Provide primary medical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and treatment plans.
Assist senior consultants and specialists as needed.
Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other medical professionals for patient care.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code situations.
