The Duty Doctor is responsible for providing immediate medical care, managing emergencies, and ensuring smooth clinical operations during shifts. This role includes patient assessment, timely intervention, and collaboration with other departments for effective patient management.
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Clinical Duties
Conduct initial assessment and clinical examination of patients.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Monitor patient vitals and ensure stabilization in emergencies.

Emergency & Critical Response
Provide urgent care during medical emergencies.
Ensure rapid initiation of resuscitation or escalation when needed.
Liaise with senior consultants for critical decisions.
3.
Medical Documentation
Maintain timely and accurate patient records.
Write daily progress notes, case sheets, and discharge summaries.
Ensure compliance with medical protocols and documentation standards.
4.
Collaboration
Coordinate with consultants, nurses, pharmacy, and lab for seamless care.
Participate in shift handovers and clinical meetings.
Communicate with patients and families regarding care plans.
5.
Procedural Duties
Perform or assist in basic medical procedures as required.
Ensure timely administration of medications and therapies.
Support nursing teams in execution of orders.
Qualifications:
MBBS from a recognized medical college.
Valid UP MCI medical registration/license.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
