DURABILITY ENGINEER

Location:-Chennai


Sr.Team Lead

Experience range of 4 to 6yrs. Required with DURABILITY EXPERIENCE

Bachelors' Degree/Masters' Degree in Engineering ( Preferred streams - Mechanical, Engineering Design, CAD/CAM, Thermal and Automobile)


- Grade Specific4 to 6 years of experience in Durability simulation Experience in Durability simulation for Subassemblies like Chassis, Closures, interior assemblies Hands on experience in integrating the Full Vehicle, Closures and Trims. Non-Linear Analysis (using Abaqus) Fatigue analysis using any solver (femfat, nCode) Experience in root cause Analysis and proposing design enablers. Field/ test experience is added advantage. Tools experience ANSA with Abaqus Good communication skills. Strong engineering fundamentals Solver: Abaqus Fatigue : nCode or Femfat Pre-Processor: ANSA Leadership and team work skills capable of inspiring and guiding. Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies. Communication skills capable of effectively giving and receiving information in both written and verbal form that is both constructive and informative in directing business activities. Knowledge to work in matrix organization.
