- As a Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you will be a part of the Global Sourcing & Logistics Service Center organization and will be responsible for providing Strategic, Analytic & Reporting support to Global Service Centers and S&L across regions. You will be closely working with Internal and External stakeholders in order to calibrate/support & execute the Analytics & Reporting activities within Global Service Centre's and S&L.

Your Key responsibilities :

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide guidance to the team for ongoing & adhoc reports

- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality

- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

- Accountable for managing the spend database for entire organization and provide Strategic,

- Analytic & Reporting support to Global Service Centers and S&L across regions.

Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages

- Knowing how to turn the data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

- Knowledge of ERP system, Excel etc.) is preferable.

- At least 2-3 years of Reporting experience in the past.

- Graduate degree is required.

- Graduate degree, Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Willing to work in Night Shift.

Shift Timings : 5.30/6.30 PM to 1.30/2.30 AM
