Role: Due Coordinator (Male candidates preferred) Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Once the Main-boot Starts, contact the students for facilitating payment. \xe2\x97\x8f Regular follow-up with Dues & over dues Learners via calls, emails & WhatsApp \xe2\x97\x8f Forward outstanding list to Payments Team along with the deadline. \xe2\x97\x8f Follow-Up DNP students for payment. \xe2\x97\x8f Handling queries and negotiation and convincing skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Using a new sales strategy to collect the old or pending dues from the learners. \xe2\x97\x8f Answer all the inbound calls and the outbound calls should be 50- 60 per day. \xe2\x97\x8f Work on individual target and achieve monthly targets. \xe2\x97\x8f Explaining Learners about the different Payment Modes & guiding for the same \xe2\x97\x8f Dealing with Excel, Zoom, CRM & Emails \xe2\x97\x8f Documentation and Preparing Reports \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for Data maintenance & documentation \xe2\x97\x8f Flexible to Learn new Skills \xe2\x97\x8f Must be capable of making inbound and outbound calls \xe2\x97\x8f Should work together with the Team for achieving targets \xe2\x97\x8f Adapt to flexible timings and work on rotational shifts. Skills: \xe2\x97\x8f Should be willing to work in flexible schedule \xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional oral and written communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Great interpersonal skills \xe2\x97\x8f Hard-working individual \xe2\x97\x8f Additional Telugu/Tamil will be added advantage.
