Role Overview:

We are inviting applications from motivated and career-oriented

Bcom or Law Freshers

for opportunities at Socradamus Capital Private Limited. The role offers a well-rounded exposure across Due Diligence and Valuations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Due Diligence and Research:

Conduct in-depth due diligence on AIFs, including legal, and operational aspects. Review and analyze fund structures, investment strategies, performance metrics, and compliance documentation. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and key recommendations for internal and client review.

Compliance and Regulatory Review:

Evaluate the fund's compliance with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) regulations and other applicable laws. Ensure alignment with organizational and industry standards during the evaluation process.

Valuation:

Provide valuation support for all projects from concept to commissioning stage. Provide support in preparing documents including teasers, Portfolio Valuation reports, etc. Provide support in preparing cash flow analysis and financial modelling. Work on investor pitch deck, market valuation, market analysis, Design, improve, and implement valuation models, incorporating industry changes.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate effectively with Clients, fund managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information. Present findings and insights clearly and professionally to internal teams and clients.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on the latest trends and regulatory changes in the AIF sector. Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare fund performance with industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce Bachelor's Degree in Law

Experience:

Freshers Only

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM, Work from Office Only
