We are seeking highly skilled Due Diligence Analysts to join our team to assist us with gathering Intel using primary research techniques (Esp. Calling).
Responsibilities:
o Conduct primary research through calling to gather information on target companies and industries
o Identify potential red flags and document findings in detailed due diligence reports
o Collaborate with other members of the due diligence team to ensure a very Comprehensive assessment
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments
o Support the development of new due diligence methodologies and tools
o Provide regular updates on due diligence progress to clients and internal stakeholders
o Contribute to the continuous process improvements and SOPs
Desired Skills:
o Any Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Psychology, Law, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence
o Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate findings clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations
o Proven experience conducting primary and secondary research for due diligence purposes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Preference:
o The role requires oodles of self-confidence
o Excellent communication skills particularly in English
o Prior experience in conducting reputational due diligence especially source inquiries
o Some exposure to digital technologies
