Job Responsibilities:
Conduct financial, legal, and operational due diligence for clients/projects
Review and analyze financial statements, agreements, contracts, and statutory records
Verify company compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
Identify potential risks, red flags, and compliance gaps
Prepare detailed due diligence reports with findings and recommendations
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, lawyers, and external consultants
Collect, organize, and validate documents required for due diligence
Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and funding processes
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
