Job Purpose:
To support the legal team in conducting due diligence (DD), documentation review, and
compliance-related activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to
legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal due diligence for transactions, projects, or internal reviews.
Review and verify legal documents such as contracts, agreements, licenses, and
statutory records.
Assist in drafting, organizing, and maintaining due diligence reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for document
collection and clarification.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and legal databases.
Support compliance checks and regulatory filings as required.
Assist the legal team in risk identification and reporting during due diligence
processes.
Follow up on pending documentation and track DD progress.
Due diligence of Land revenue record.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or relevant qualification.
Basic understanding of legal due diligence and compliance requirements.
Average computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email, document management
systems).
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Professional conduct and presentable appearance.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a legal environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
