Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting installation practices.
Hands-on experience with GI duct fabrication and erection.
Familiarity with SMACNA / DW144 standards (preferred).
Ability to work independently or under site supervision.
Knowledge of site safety procedures and PPE usage.
Willingness to work at heights and on active construction sites.
Team player with good coordination skills.
