product delivery lifecycle. Specifically this includes leading/coaching product team members
on product best practices, outcome
based delivery, and user centric deisgn, as well as product/engineering working dynamics.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the definition of a collective strategy for product serving a common
experience and prioritization of
decisions
Implements iterative, outcome-based roadmap planning that delivers value incrementally in
support of strategic
initiatives

• Focuses on a ruthless pursuit of product reuse across diverse use cases
• Expert negotiator and communicator / story-teller
• Manages story writing, backlog management, prioritization, agile ceremony facilitation &

product evaluation

• Owns individual backlog & strategy for their own product

Guides outcome-based roadmap planning and prioritization across the group and creates
appropriate forums for
roadmap alignment & planning in support of strategic initiatives

• Drives accountability for group KPIs, metrics & quality
• Manages stakeholder relationships to inform data driven product decision-making\xe2\x80\xa2 Evangelizes and coaches on agile and product best practice Accountable to business

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Primary Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in digital product leadership roles
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
• Experience in usability and customer-focused design
• Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problem

Strong business acumen Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning
business strategy and
technology delivery
Data-driven method for decision making using KPIs and metrics Proven track record of clear
communications with C-suite
stakeholders and across cross-functional teams

• Experience interpreting customer needs and market trends

Experience:

• Extensive experience with Product organizational structures & delivery methods
• Knowledge of Pivotal activities & best practices regarding
• Discovery & Framing Expert in product/engineering inter-competency dynamics

Expert in Agile Story Writing/Mapping Advanced experience with eXtreme Programming (XP),
Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
methodologies

• Proven record of product delivery
• Strong experience in Duck Creek implementations show more
