Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer having 8-10 years of experience in Duck Creek applications like Policy/ Billing to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance Policy and billing systems, hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Billing, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions through rigorous testing practices ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: o Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Policy and Billing implementations and enhancements. o Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand billing requirements and ensure test coverage. o Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Duck Creek Policy and Billing modules.



* Validate billing transactions, payment processing, invoicing, write-offs, and other core billing functionalities. o Identify, document, and track defects using Azure Devops. o Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. o Support UAT and production validation activities.
