About the Role
We are hiring a strong Duck Creek Policy QA Automation Engineer who has hands-on expertise in the Policy module testing along with automation. Policy QA is the primary mandatory skill, while Billing/Claims and other tools are secondary.

Key Responsibilities o End-to-end functional, regression & automation testing of Duck Creek Policy module.Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts (UI + API). Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams for accurate Policy configurations. Identify defects, track issues, and perform RCA. Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and execution strategies. Ensure QA alignment with SDLC, STLC & Agile practices.


Primary Mandatory Requirement Duck Creek Policy QA (Functional + Automation)
Strong hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy, forms, rules, products, rating, and transactions. Experience validating PAS configurations and integration behaviours. Ability to analyze Policy requirements and write strong scenario-based test cases.


Required Skills (Secondary)
Experience with Duck Creek Author, Toolbox, Admin. Automation experience in Selenium, Java/C#, API Testing

.o Hands-on with Nightwatch.js (JavaScript-based automation framework).
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC & Agile.


Good to Have
o SQL for backend validation. o
API testing experience with Postman / SOAP UI.* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, or DevOps processes.
