ROLE SUMMARY
AGG is adding a Duck Creek Policy Configuration Consultant to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and system requirements. The consultant will work closely with technical leads, business stakeholders, and onsite teams to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and configure Duck Creek applications to meet business requirements.
• Work effectively in a team setting, communicating issues, progress, and status to leads and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant, and production-ready configurations and customizations.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 to 4 years of experience using Duck Creek's toolset (Express, Page Builder, Server, Author, Transact, Forms, User Admin).
• Deep experience in Duck Creek manuscript configuration, adhering to best practices and standards.
• Expertise in Duck Creek Server Object APIs.
• Proficiency with XSLT transformations and XML.
• Experience in Duck Creek v7.x or above.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and technical skills.
• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders to formulate requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prior experience with Duck Creek Producer is preferred.

• Property & Casualty IT experience strongly preferred.

• BE/BTech/MCA with 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience.
