Job Description
The Regional IT Manager AOA (RIM) is in charge of coordinating area's referents and coordinate site specific initiatives. The additional role of the "Local IT Manager" is to be responsible of the local IT support (this also includes the support of all IT assets of the region) and being a remote hands and eyes for the Global IT Team (Network/Datacenter). The Local IT Manager role and the Regional IT Manager role are combined for this position. R&L IT Manager is also involved as SDM - Service Deliver Manager - (30% of his/her activity) to be the relay of the global SDM for the region.

Bachelor Degree or equivalent End user computer technical management Experience in vendor service level management Financial planning and budgeting experience
