The Role: DTS Engagement Team Coordinator

The Team: Everything we do is about effective communication. How we communicate within both DTS as well as how we communicate with our stakeholders in the corporate and business divisions.

The Impact: Our aim is to drive greater collaboration within our divisions and invite strategic discussion that builds inclusive and long-term relationships across the organization. The Team Coordinator will assist in the support of team activities, performing administrative tasks and ensuring the highest level of support is always provided.

What\'s in it for you:

You will act as a liaison between the DTS Engagement team and supporting departments to execute all required administrative and operational needs.

You will maintain centralized task lists, perform scheduling activities, coordinate presentation materials, and attend and minute meetings when required.

You will coordinate resolution of actions and communicate to wider stakeholder groups on progress.

What We\'re Looking For:

Ability to build slideware, presentations, SharePoint and Intranet pages as directed and where required to ensure content is up to date and relevant as needed.

Experience of working with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook will be essential for this role as well as both strong written and verbal communication skills.

An ability to coordinate complex calendars and schedules to ensure effective time management and prioritization of divisional engagements.

Ability to coordinate and support all meeting logistics; includes scheduling, meeting materials, minutes and action resolution.

Clearly communicate status updates on a regular basis to stakeholders as required.

Work collaboratively with various internal departments to establish clear stakeholder expectations to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.

Other administrative duties as required.
