Vedprep is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator

to join our content and publishing team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for designing, formatting, and preparing educational material for printing and digital distribution, especially for competitive exams like IIT JAM, CSIR NET, and GATE.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and layout of books, study materials, question papers, and other academic content using publishing software (InDesign, CorelDRAW, MS Word, etc.) Formatting mathematical, scientific, and textual content with accuracy Collaborate with content creators, editors, and the printing team to ensure timely delivery Check proofs and fix errors before final printing Manage and maintain a library of templates and formatted content
Requirements:

Proven experience as a DTP Operator (1-3 years preferred) Proficiency in publishing and graphic tools: Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, MS Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail and layout aesthetics Familiarity with formatting technical or academic content is a big plus Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline Certification in DTP, Graphic Design, or related field is a plus
