The DTP Operator will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and designing project-related documents, reports, and presentations. The role involves supporting the site engineering and project management teams with accurate and well-presented documentation as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and format technical documents, reports, and drawings using MS Office and design tools.
Edit, layout, and proofread project documents for accuracy and consistency.
Design and print signage, charts, and schedules for site display and reports.
Coordinate with site engineers and project coordinators to ensure timely document updates.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for drawings, reports, and presentations.
Assist in creating templates and standard formats for internal and client communication.
Support administrative and documentation needs of the site office.
