Job Title: DTP Operator Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to create high-quality printed and digital materials using publishing software. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, layout, and formatting, along with excellent knowledge of DTP tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and format documents such as brochures, newsletters, books, flyers, worksheets, question papers, manuals, and reports. Use DTP software (such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office) to produce professional-quality layouts. Ensure all text, graphics, and layouts meet company or client specifications and standards. Work closely with the design team, content writers, and printers to ensure print-ready files. Edit and correct grammar, spelling, and formatting errors during typesetting. Convert handwritten or scanned content into editable formats when required. Maintain a consistent style and format across documents and publications. Ensure final materials are accurate and ready for print or digital publication.

Salary is based on previous experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a DTP operator or in a similar role. Proficiency in DTP software such as: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Excellent speed typing skills with accuracy. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Basic knowledge of printing processes and specifications is a plus. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, DTP, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
