Role Overview
We are seeking
DTP professionals
capable of handling academic and assessment-based projects. The ideal candidate must be skilled not only in
content uploading and formatting
, but also in
understanding academic content structures and layouts
for competitive exam material.
Key Responsibilities
Format, design, and structure
academic content, question papers, textbooks, and reports
Use DTP software to create
clean, error-free and print-ready documents
Insert tables, diagrams, formulas, and symbols precisely
Make corrections and revisions based on feedback
Coordinate with content creators and QA team for smooth workflow
Required Skills
Proficiency in
InDesign, MS Word, Publisher, CorelDraw, or equivalent DTP software
Ability to work with
math equations, chemical formulas, flowcharts, tables
Good understanding of
academic content structure
Fast and accurate typing, Preferred typing speed 50 word per minutes
Possesses a strong eye for detail with the ability to quickly identify formatting errors, inconsistencies, alignment issues, spacing problems, and content placement gaps while ensuring overall document accuracy and refinement.
Reviews files proactively during workflow to detect and resolve basic issues early, minimizing rework and improving project speed and cost-efficiency.
Excellent in use of AI, which help to design cover pages / problem solving attitude through AI.
Strong knowledge of these subjects QA/LR/Eng/GK.
Good understanding of English Reading / Writing / Spoken.
Qualification
Graduate in any stream (Computer/Design background preferred or any other stream)
Prior experience in
educational publishing or exam-based industry
or content related field
is an advantage.
