Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, along with a solid understanding of book layout, style guidelines, and print-ready formatting. This role involves preparing high-quality layouts for books, study material, and other printed content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

? Create, format, and finalize layouts in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator for books, manuals, and

other print materials.

? Ensure consistent use of style sheets, text formatting, alignment, and tab settings across all pages.

? Work closely with content teams, designers, and editors to ensure accurate placement of text, tables, images, and graphics.

? Prepare print-ready files as per production and printing specifications.

? Review layouts for errors -- spacing, fonts, alignment, and overall visual consistency -- and make corrections as needed.

? Maintain version control and follow document naming conventions.

? Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all outputs meet quality and timeline expectations.

? Assist in creating templates and establishing standardized layout practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Proven experience as a DTP Operator (editing, layout design, book/print formatting).

? Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.

? Basic understanding of book layout elements, including:

o Style sheets

o Text formatting

o Alignment

o Tab settings

? Good understanding of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

? Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

? Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.

? Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
