Job Description

The DTP Operator will be responsible for creating, editing, and formatting design layouts, drawings, and documents using AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and other design software. The role requires precision, creativity, and the ability to handle technical drawings as well as marketing/printing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and edit designs, technical drawings, and layouts as per requirements. Work on AutoCAD for creating and modifying 2D/3D drawings. Use CorelDRAW and Photoshop for design, image editing, and formatting of promotional or technical materials. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all design and print outputs. Coordinate with the design/production/marketing teams to finalize artwork and documents. Handle file conversions, printing setups, and ensure timely delivery of required outputs. Maintain a library of design files, templates, and related assets. Support in preparing presentations, manuals, and brochures when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Photoshop

(knowledge of Illustrator/InDesign will be an added advantage). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design/layouts. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of printing standards, file formats, and layouts. Good creativity with technical understanding. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Drafting, or related field. 1-2 years of experience as a DTP Operator/Designer. Experience in both technical drawings (AutoCAD) and creative design (CorelDRAW, Photoshop).
