Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work experience on INDESIGN software is compulsory. Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, newsletters, presentations, and digital graphics. Format and layout large documents (e.g., reports, manuals, proposals) ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Prepare final artwork for print production, including pre-press setup, color correction, and file optimization. Collaborate with writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes. Maintain and update templates for internal use across departments. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ensure brand consistency across all design work. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and publishing.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). Strong layout and typography skills. Familiarity with print production processes and digital publishing. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
