Pathfinder is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented DTP Executive to manage the design, layout, and final production of high-quality educational, academic, and marketing materials. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work within deadlines while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, format, and finalize layouts for books, study materials, brochures, posters, flyers, advertisements, and digital content
Set text, images, charts, and graphics according to design specifications and print standards
Ensure accuracy in content alignment, fonts, spacing, colors, and overall layout quality
Coordinate with content writers, editors, and designers to implement corrections and revisions
Prepare print-ready files and digital outputs as per required specifications
Maintain consistency in branding, design standards, and formatting across all materials
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
Strong knowledge of typography, layout design, and print production processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and communication skills
Experience & Education:
1-3 years of experience as a DTP Executive or similar role (publishing/education industry preferred)
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, DTP, or a related field
