Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

DTP Designer

with strong expertise in

print media

. The ideal candidate must have

hands-on experience in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator

and be capable of independently handling

print-ready artwork, vendor coordination, and final production outputs

.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute

high-quality print media creatives

including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, catalogs, and branding collaterals. Develop

print-ready artworks

with correct bleed, trim marks, CMYK color settings, and print specifications. Work extensively on

CorelDRAW (mandatory)

and

Adobe Illustrator

for layout and design. Coordinate with

printing vendors

to ensure quality output and timely delivery. Review proofs, make corrections, and ensure

error-free final production

. Maintain consistency with

brand guidelines

across all print materials. Manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience

in

print media / DTP design

Expert-level proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory)

Strong working knowledge of

Adobe Illustrator

Sound understanding of

pre-press, offset & digital printing processes

Knowledge of

paper types, finishes, and print production standards

High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of

Adobe Photoshop

Experience in

events, advertising, or marketing agencies

Vendor coordination and cost optimization exposure Ability to guide junior designers (if required)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
