The DTP Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all desktop publishing activities to ensure high-quality, visually consistent, and brand-aligned materials across print and digital formats. This role oversees the complete production process--from receiving content to delivering the final output--while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
The DTP Coordinator works closely with designers, writers, translators, and printers to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to organizational standards. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and proficiency in leading DTP tools to deliver professional, brand-compliant materials.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all stages of the desktop publishing process, from content receipt to final output.
Oversee the layout and formatting of documents, including brochures, reports, manuals, and marketing collateral.
Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, design templates, and project specifications.
Manage multiple DTP projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and complexity.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, translators, and external vendors for timely completion of projects.
Conduct quality checks to ensure technical accuracy and visual consistency.
Maintain organized archives of templates, layouts, and completed projects.
Stay updated with the latest DTP tools, techniques, and software advancements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in desktop publishing or production coordination.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining design accuracy.
