The Desktop Publishing (DTP) Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the production of high-quality print and digital documents. This role ensures that all materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintain design consistency, and meet project deadlines. Acting as a key link between writers, designers, translators, and printers, the DTP Coordinator ensures smooth workflows and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all phases of the desktop publishing process, from content receipt to final delivery.
Oversee formatting and layout for a wide range of documents, including brochures, manuals, reports, and marketing collateral.
Ensure strict adherence to organizational brand standards and design guidelines.
Manage multiple DTP projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and complexity.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness of final output.
Maintain updated knowledge of publishing tools, software, and best practices.
Candidate Profile:
Strong knowledge of desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office).
Excellent attention to detail, layout, and design accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
