Our goal is to build a high-performance organisation by empowering and engaging our employees.Responsibilities Lead and manage the talent acquisition and talent management team responsible for hiring top-notch professionals and managing talent at DBS Tech India (DTI) Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard the best-fit candidates for various roles at DTI Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand the evolving talent needs and design innovative sourcing and talent management solutions Leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to optimize the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment by ensuring fair and equitable hiring practices Continuously upskill the talent acquisition and talent management team and provide coaching and mentoring to drive their professional development Establish and maintain strong relationships with external talent partners, such as universities and professional networks Contribute to the overall talent management strategy and support the organization's growth and transformation initiativesRequirements Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, including the use of digital tools and platforms Strong understanding of the financial services industry and the evolving talent landscape Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficient in data analysis and the use of recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions* Passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environmentApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.-en
