Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled

DTF Print & Computer Embroidery Operator

to handle daily production, sampling, and execution of new designs from our warehouse. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the designer, operate machines, train helpers, and ensure high-quality output for orders from

Myntra, Shopify, and other sales channels

Key Responsibilities

Printing & Embroidery Operations

Operate

DTF printer, heat press, and computer embroidery machines

Execute approved designs for bulk and sample production Prepare and manage print and embroidery files Ensure correct placement, color, size, and finish on garments

New Design Development

Work with the designer to develop and test

new print and embroidery concepts

Create samples, take approvals, and finalize for production Maintain consistency between approved sample and bulk output

Order Execution

Process daily orders from

Myntra, Shopify, and other platforms

Coordinate print and embroidery schedules as per order priority Ensure timely completion and dispatch readiness

Team Training & Supervision

Train and guide junior operators and helpers Allocate work and ensure productivity Maintain discipline, machine care, and process flow

Quality Control

Check print sharpness, color accuracy, embroidery density, and finishing Ensure uniform quality across all pieces Reduce rework, wastage, and errors
Skills & Requirements

Hands-on experience in

DTF printing and computer machine embroidery

Good understanding of garment printing, heat press, and fabric behavior Ability to read design files and follow placement guides Leadership ability to train and manage floor staff Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable working in a

warehouse / production environment

Mindset

Execution-focused, practical, and responsible Able to work under deadlines and production pressure "Get-it-done" attitude with ownership of output quality

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
