Those intrigued by the prospect of contributing to the digital transformation journey of a Fortune 500 company are encouraged to explore more details about the function through the providedPurpose of the roleThe Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation initiative at General Mills in capacity of a Process Automation Lead Consultant. This role will report into Process Automation Assistant Manager in India and functionally collaborate with the global Process Automation team. It is an Individual contributor role, and, in this role, you would design, deliver and support solutions for improving business processes using MS O36 Power Platform Tools including PowerApps, Flow, SharePoint, SPFX & Sharegate.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Should have the ability to work and resolve issues across all the technologies including (SharePoint On-premise, 2010, 2013, O365 & Power Platform).
  • Lead the projects end-to-end for SharePoint & Power Platform projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business SME to create process documentation in line with technical requirements and translate process flows into technical design.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, project timelines.
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during development, UAT, production, and handover phases.
  • Implement security and access controls within SharePoint and PowerApps, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Provide first point of contact for support, troubleshoot existing issues, recommend solutions and maintains service level agreements by providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams, O365 Team & Microsoft to seek clarification / workaround on issues that need specialized support / assistance.
  • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and availability of SharePoint and PowerApps environments.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by coordinating and communicating with global internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evolve the Automation practice by standardizing best practices and continuously learning additional technologies that could further advance our capabilities.
  • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset to optimize existing processes and define new processes.
  • Re-engineering of existing solution for improving performances and further automation of solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SharePoint and PowerApps features, updates, and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements and improvements.
  • Working with new features, troubleshoot existing issues, recommend solutions for improving performances.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education \xe2\x80\x93 Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
  • B-TECH - Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Expert in Power Platform, with a strong understanding of SharePoint Online, PowerApps, & Flow.
  • Hands on Experience on designing and implementing SharePoint solutions, including site collections, lists, libraries, web parts, workflows, and forms.
  • Hands on Experience on PowerApps applications, integrating with SharePoint and other data sources.
  • Hands on Experience SharePoint and PowerApps development frameworks, such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Platform
  • Hands on Experience on configuring SharePoint and PowerApps security, permissions, and authentication.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint and PowerApps integration with other Microsoft technologies, including Power Automate
  • Experience in Office 365 Integrations
