Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Officers / Collection Officers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, channel partners, and customers.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper market coverage and collection efficiency.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, competitor activities, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with senior management for business planning and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, NBFC, or Telecom sectors.
Proven track record of achieving targets and managing field teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Willingness to travel within the district.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Languages:
* Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
