Job Title: DSM - Distribution Sales Manager (Beer Segment)

Location: Pune City, PCMC & Up-Country Areas

Job Responsibilities:

Visit beer shops daily and generate orders

Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned areas

Ensure 100% market coverage and regular outlet visits

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers

Execute company schemes and promotional activities

Collect market feedback and competitor information

Ensure timely payment follow-ups (if required)

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year experience in FMCG / Liquor / Beer sales (mandatory)

Two-wheeler driving license compulsory

Own two-wheeler mandatory

Ready to travel 100% (Travelling incentive applicable)

Knowledge of Pune City, PCMC & up-country routes

Good communication and negotiation skills

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?25,000 per month

Travelling Incentives: Applicable
