Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve district sales targets.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives/representatives.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Manage stock levels, distribution, and order fulfillment in the district.
Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales management, preferably in [FMCG / Liquor / Retail / Your Industry].
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
