Role Overview

We are looking for active and experienced

Direct Selling Agents (DSA)/ Connector

in Chennai to source quality

Home Loan leads

and drive disbursements for our Housing Finance business.

Key Responsibilities

Source Home Loan leads through builders, property agents, connectors, and self-generated networks Identify eligible customers and explain loan products clearly Collect and submit complete documentation as per company norms Coordinate with credit, operations, and branch teams for smooth processing Ensure quality sourcing with minimal rejections and delinquencies Maintain long-term relationships with customers and referral partners

Eligibility

Individual DSAs / Firms / Loan Consultants Experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage products preferred Good local market knowledge in Chennai Ability to generate regular and genuine business

Payout Structure

?20 Lakhs:

1.15%

?20 Lakhs - ?50 Lakhs:

1.30%

Above ?50 Lakhs:

1.40%

(Payout calculated on sanctioned/disbursed amount as per company policy)
