Job Description

Acquire, onboard, and manage DSAs / channel partners for business loan sourcing Build and maintain strong relationships with active and potential DSAs Generate consistent business loan pipeline through DSA network Achieve monthly login, approval, and disbursement targets via DSAs Train DSAs on business loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation Ensure quality sourcing with minimal rejections and deviations Support DSAs with case structuring, file login, and lender coordination Track DSA performance, productivity, and conversion ratios Activate inactive DSAs and expand channel network in assigned territory Coordinate with credit, operations, and lender teams for timely approvals Ensure adherence to lender policies, RBI guidelines, and compliance norms Maintain accurate MIS of DSA leads, logins, approvals, and payouts Resolve DSA queries related to commissions, cases, and turnaround time Share market feedback, competitor insights, and channel intelligence with management
