The DSA Executive is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to generate business for the company. The role involves achieving sales targets through DSAs, ensuring compliance, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting DSAs with product knowledge and customer handling.
Identify potential DSAs from the market and onboard them as per company policy.
Verify DSA documents and ensure proper registration and activation.
Provide orientation and basic training to newly appointed DSAs.
B. Business Development & Sales
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned through DSA channels.
Support DSAs in sourcing quality leads and converting them into business.
Monitor DSA daily activities and guide them for better performance.
Ensure DSAs promote the company's products effectively.
C. Relationship Management
Maintain strong rapport with active DSAs to ensure long-term association.
Conduct periodic meetings, training, and motivation sessions for DSAs.
Resolve DSA issues and escalate matters wherever required.
D. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure DSAs follow company norms, documentation standards, and KYC guidelines.
Verify application forms, customer documents, and route them for approval.
Maintain all DSA-related MIS reports and submit to management on time.
E. Market Research & Reporting
Collect market intelligence about competitors and customer needs.
Provide daily/weekly DSA performance reports.
Suggest improvements to strengthen DSA sales.
3. Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Basic understanding of financial products (Chits/Loans/Deposits etc.)
Ability to manage multiple DSAs and handle field activities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated

4. Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Minimum Plus Two / Graduation preferred
Experience:
1-3 years in Sales / DSA Handling in NBFC/Bank/Chit Fund (Freshers with good communication can also be considered)
Language:
Local language fluency is mandatory
