Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the dryer section efficiently
Control temperature, moisture level, and feed rate
Ensure smooth and continuous dryer machine operation
Conduct quality checks on the output material (moisture, texture, uniformity)
Identify and report issues related to overheating, vibration, airflow, or rotation
Maintain daily production logs and operational records
Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance
Strictly follow plant safety and hygiene standards
Required Qualification & Skills:
1st Class Certificate
(Dryer/Boiler/Plant Operation) - Mandatory
2-5 years of experience in dryer operation (distillery/ethanol/food processing preferred)
Strong knowledge of dryer mechanisms and temperature/moisture control
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
Good communication and reporting skills
Education Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / ITI
(Mechanical / Fitter / Plant Operation Preferred)
Diploma in Mechanical/Production will be an added advantage
