Job Overview:



We are looking for a

creative and experienced Sweets Chef

who specializes in preparing

premium sweets and confectionery products using dry fruits, nuts, and natural ingredients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in traditional Indian sweets as well as innovative fusion recipes that highlight the richness of cashews, almonds, pistachios, dates, and other dry fruits.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and prepare a range of

dry fruit and nut-based sweets

(e.g., Kaju Katli, Badam Halwa, Dry Fruit Ladoo, Anjeer Rolls, Cashew Burfi, etc.) Experiment with

new recipes and modern variations

using dry fruits and natural sweeteners. Maintain

high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation

in all products. Manage

raw material inventory,

including dry fruits, sweetening agents, and other ingredients. Ensure

cost efficiency and minimal wastage

during production. Coordinate with the

production and packaging teams

to maintain consistency and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment as per FSSAI standards. Train and guide kitchen assistants or helpers when required.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience (3-5 years) as a

Sweet Maker / Mithai Chef / Dry Fruit Confectionery Expert.

Strong knowledge of

Indian sweets preparation

, especially with

cashews, almonds, pistachios, and dates.

Knowledge of

food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control.

Creative approach to

recipe innovation and product presentation.

Ability to work independently and manage production timelines.

Education:



Diploma / Certification in Culinary Arts, Bakery, or Confectionery (preferred). Practical experience in reputed sweet or food manufacturing units is a plus.

Salary Range:



Competitive and based on experience (Negotiable for the right candidate).

Working Hours:



Full-time, 6 days a week (as per company production schedule).
