Drupal Developer

Experience : 6 -8 years
Location : Remote

Requirements:

Communication

: Explaining decisions, stakeholder interaction clarity, expressing solutions properly

Drupal 9/10 (Headless/Decoupled)

: Building and maintaining headless Drupal architecture. Strong knowledge of core APIs, entity types, services, and configuration management.
Headless/Decoupled Architecture: Experience exposing structured content via GraphQL, REST, or JSON:API.

Custom Module Development

: Creating custom modules and plugins to extend core functionality.

GraphQL/REST/JSON

:APIAPI design, exposing and consuming content via decoupled frameworks.

Content Modeling

: Creating and managing content types, view modes, fields, paragraphs, and taxonomies.

Programming Skills

: Code structuring, hook usage, service creation, plugin patterns, syntax clarity.

Problem Solving :

Debugging issues (e.g., slow API, broken schema, missing block), applying clean fixes.

Component-Driven Integration Support

: Supporting frontend developers with component-based architecture.

Multilingual, SEO, Accessibility Config

: Implementing multilingual content and ensuring SEO and accessibility compliance.

Caching and Performance Tuning

:Applying caching strategies and optimizing API performance.

Security Best Practices:

Securing exposed APIs and backend systems. Permission management, access checks, and secure API exposure.

Agile Collaboration:

Participating in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Code Review & Documentation

: Peer reviewing code and ensuring proper documentation.

Elasticsearch Integration:

Configuring Elasticsearch for scalable content search.

Configuration Management

: Working knowledge of config export/import, config split, and config ignore.
