CANDID SHOULD BE FROM MUMBAI

HANDELED PROJECT LIKE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS,BUNGALOWS, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS, HOSPITAL. INSTITUTIONAL BUIDING, FACTORIES ETC.

1. HVAC Draughtsman (Design) and Engineer- MINIMUM 2 TO 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE

:

Create detailed technical HVAC drawings and plans using CAD software (including VRV, VRF, DX, AHU, and Chiller systems). Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements. Translate concepts and ideas into accurate 2D drawings where required. Prepare schematics, layouts, and diagrams for projects. Develop sections and elevation drawings. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members. Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations. Assist in developing design specifications and preparing documentation such as heat load calculations, Design Basis Report, BOQ, and estimates. Coordinate with other drafters and designers to maintain consistency across project deliverables.

Education:

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

2 - 6 Years

. Electrical Draughtsman (Design) /Engineer Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Translate concepts and ideas into accurate 2D drawings where required. Prepare schematics, layouts, and diagrams for projects. Develop sections and elevation drawings. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members. Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations. Assist in developing design specifications and preparing documentation such as load calculations, Design Basis Report, BOQ, and estimates. Coordinate with other drafters and designers to maintain consistency across project deliverables.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER- MINIMUM 3 TO 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING & DRAUGHTING ALL ELECTRICAL AND L.V. SYSTEM DRAINGS/ LAYOUTS LIKE EQUIPMENT, LIGHTING, RACEWAY, POWER, CABLETRAY, CONDUIT, SCHEMATIC DESIGNING, PREPARING DESIGN BAIS REPORT, TENDER LIKE BILL OF QUANTITIES, ESTIMATE, SPEICIFICATION AND LOAD DETAILS, CABLE SCHEDULE ETC.

PLUMBING AND FIRE FIGHTING DRUGHTSMAN- MINIMUM 2 TO 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PLUMBING AND FIRE FIGHTING DRAUGHTING LIKE ALL SCHEMATICS AND ALL PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING DRAWINGS LIKE INTENRAL & EXTERNAL DRAINAGE, UNDERGROUND TANK, STPWATER SUPPLY, FIRE FIGHTING DRAWING, PIPING, PUMP DETAIL. IF KNOWLEDGE OF PREPARING WATER DEMAND CALCULATION WILL BE PREFER
