Panel will be L2 -Dominic / Kedar and L1 will be available Technical Panel Job Summary: The ideal candidate must exhibit Project Management approach and have an in-depth understanding of business continuity management / Disaster Recovery and governance frameworks strong knowledge of business continuity best practices and protocols operational risk management and in-depth knowledge and expertise of the enterprise level operations including IT practices. Specific expertise should include: ? Business Continuity Management practices and protocols including in-depth knowledge of international BCM standards promoted by BCI and DR. and ISO ? A strong understanding of Operational risk and resilience Business Process improvement methods as well as risk related control frameworks and practices (ISO ITIL CMM etc.) ? All aspects of the organizational structure and critical products and services including the delivery mechanisms and IT associated with each and the technical and operations infrastructure. ? Solid knowledge of IT and Operations Audit methodology.Solid understanding of the Operational Risk Management methodology and CSA related requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:Part of a team of BCM-risk management professionals who work with senior management in all lines of business to coordinate business continuity governance activities. Continuity planning and event management development and facilitation of event exercises relationship management with external vendors as per corporate policy standards and guidelines. Contribute to establishing and maintaining program processes and practices which effectively ensure that the program remains current and incorporates/aligns with industry standards and practices as appropriate and adequately covers general regulatory requirements. Supports and/or leads processes that support BCM CSI governance requirements as part of the operational risk framework. In a relationship management capacity provides guidance and direction to an assigned clientele to ensure their business continuity management processes are in accordance with enterprise wide business continuity management program and quality standards. Ensures appropriate integration of requirements and information obtained from various sources; including external regulators and Auditors for all jurisdictions. Subject matter expert for business continuity management. Participates in external business continuity management organizations and keep abreast of industry best practices and trends. Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters Design maintain and communicate Disaster Recovery plans for identified business critical systems to ensure ongoing service provision during disaster or similar events Manage the development and implementation of the necessary reviews and tests to underpin the Disaster Recovery plan and support both recovery point (RPO) and recovery time objectives (RTO) Schedule activate observe and report on simulated exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of plans and define amendments as necessary Support the integration of Disaster Recovery plans with the broader organizational business continuity plan (BCP) thereby avoiding conflicts and optimizing available resources Assess the impact of changes to systems applications and infrastructure to determine requirements for update of Technical Recovery Documents / DR Plan. As part of new account transition / transformation - must review new and existing processes resources and systems making and overseeing any changes to the client infrastructure where necessary High-level understand on datacenter layout / setup ? (Hardware Serves Networking capacity etc.) As a client engagement role ?
