The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude toward delivering high-quality support.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional manner.- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions or escalate them to higher levels if required.- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Technical, Finance, etc.) to resolve customer issues.- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer expectations are managed effectively.- Assist in onboarding new clients/customers and guide them about products/services.- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints with patience and empathy.- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer support activities.- Stay updated with company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers.
